Terms and Conditions for Gift Voucher Purchases at
Amanda's Treasures

 

1. Gift Voucher Validity

• Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

2. Class and Workshop Bookings

• Gift vouchers can be used to book any class or workshop offered by Amanda's Treasures.

• Bookings must be made in advance, subject to availability.

• The voucher holder is responsible for ensuring that the class or workshop is suitable for their skill level and requirements.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If a class or workshop is cancelled by Amanda's Treasures, the voucher holder will be offered a full refund or alternative booking.

• Amandas Treasures has a no refund policy when the user has a class or workshop is booked and does not attend.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Amanda's Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

• Replacement vouchers may be issued at Amanda's Treasures' discretion, subject to a fee.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Amanda's Treasures reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Amanda's Treasures website.

6. Governing Law
